Açaí Bowl

Ingredients

enough for 2 portions

Puree

  • 50g Açaí puree
  • 1 banana, cut into slices, and frozen (at least 1 hour)
  • 50ml coconut milk, almond milk or soy milk

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp bran
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 4 tbsp homemade granola
  • Choice of berries, e.g. raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries (fresh, or frozen)

Method

  1. Put all Puree ingredients into a food processor. Mix well until everything is a smooth puree (about 1-2 minutes).
  2. Transfer the puree into two bowls, and top with the half of each topping.
