
Ingredients
enough for 2 portions
Puree
- 50g Açaí puree
- 1 banana, cut into slices, and frozen (at least 1 hour)
- 50ml coconut milk, almond milk or soy milk
Toppings
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp bran
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 4 tbsp homemade granola
- Choice of berries, e.g. raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries (fresh, or frozen)
Açaí Bowl
Method
- Put all Puree ingredients into a food processor. Mix well until everything is a smooth puree (about 1-2 minutes).
- Transfer the puree into two bowls, and top with the half of each topping.
