Red Beet
- 500g cooked red beet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Toppings
- 1 burrata, cut in half
- A good drizzle of olive oil
- A good drizzle of aceto balsamico di modena oro or crema di balsamico
- salt
- pepper
Red Beet with Burrata
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200° Celsius.
- Combine all Red Beet ingedients in an oven-proof dish, and cover with tinfoil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, and remove it from the oven.
- Distribute the Red Beet on two plates.
- Arrange one half of the burrata on each plate, and add the rest of the Toppings.
