Granola

Ingredients

  • 250g rolled oats (or other grains)
  • 75g almonds
  • 75g hazelnuts
  • 60g sunflower seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 45g flaxseed
  • 35g pecan nuts
  • 30g white sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
Granola

Method

  1. Chop the nuts, according to your preference.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Spread the mix over baking paper on a tray, and insert it into a cold oven set to 150 degrees Celsius.
  4. Stir the mixture every 10 minutes. The granola is done when the mixture is golden. Total baking time is approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Take the tray out and let the mixture cool down before transfering it to a sealed container.
