
Ingredients
- 250g rolled oats (or other grains)
- 75g almonds
- 75g hazelnuts
- 60g sunflower seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 45g flaxseed
- 35g pecan nuts
- 30g white sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Granola
Method
- Chop the nuts, according to your preference.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Spread the mix over baking paper on a tray, and insert it into a cold oven set to 150 degrees Celsius.
- Stir the mixture every 10 minutes. The granola is done when the mixture is golden. Total baking time is approximately 30 minutes.
- Take the tray out and let the mixture cool down before transfering it to a sealed container.
